I am everywhere I am in all, I am the power (neither negative nor positive) but real power, it is the mind which creates negative and positive power, Ideas,
I am not this body , I am not the mind but just power (GOD), but then once you start thinking in this direction you again become zero as ego comes in between.
MIND
Thoughts continuously flows ,they just comes, its like water flowing or energy passing through electrical wires, once you are able to find the source of thought and able to control them, it will create / give huge power. Its like a dam built and when we open the same water will flow at a tremendous pace.
Hence with controlled mind /thought, we can achieve anything.

Just do your work play with your child , enjoy going around with friends and family but then do it without attachment, and the same should be followed for your own self
