APEX MEANS TOP-JEWELS

I always wanted to write a book, from knowledge received from my father, but then when ever I sat down to write something it was difficult to put it on paper, was not able to  decide where to start from .

My father always believed in helping , so let me start with this.

HELPING /HAPPINESS

People say they help other , they make donations, etc. but then, have you ever thought why people do this  , just out of certain feeling , to help,  or they have extra money, or is it  they are sad themselves , or they feel good about it , many reason are there.

Well  lets not go much into this , it is a personal choice , which is any way good thing to always help , but very few people do this , some with lot of money  make donations, make trusts etc. where as their are persons who do not have anything but still make an effort to  help other, what is important is we must always wish happiness give our good wishes for whatever they are or they do, however bad they may be. If put  this into practice there  will never be any place left for unhappiness.  There will be no fights/politics/etc. all will be good , world will be a peaceful place , but the question is, can this be possible. 

Yes this is very much possible, and to achieve this we must first understand ourselves, make things very clear, to do this there are various methods provided by great authors.

I here try and put the best few line which I have learned from my dad , 1^st is  be happy in any circumstances, just a smile only your face can make all the difference. (TRY IT).

Suppose you have a heart attack/loss in business / stroke / major illness/  just ( smile ) as this are temporary things in life,  never fill depressed about it and never try to make a judgment /rather practice non judgment, leave  to god or  the creator, as he is the architect of our files.   ( An architect creates a bridge which somehow collapse ) the architect her become creator /god of the bridge and he will know what best to do about it, and not the bridge, the same way we are bridge, we should smile and leave our worries to our creator / god.

It is up to the architect to repair / destroy the bridge, as bridge cannot destroy by it self,  (this is little complex as bridge is made of concrete etc. which has no mind of its own , where as our creator has put a mind in us . whenever any thing good or bad happens the mind judges and it result are available instantly,  so what we have to learn form this is never always smile (TRY IT).

MIND

Our body consist of may parts /cells etc. , when some thing goes wrong we start to judge, which the causes lots os anxiety due to half or no knowledge of what has gone wrong.  It is humans nature to start Judging things till it gets a solution, well this is perfectly all right, but the once should not get attached to this (Practice  non attachment).  What lives always dies so why get attach to it ,

For example ( I am not this body  ( BODY DIES)/ I AM NOT XX IT JUST AN IDENTIFICATION GIVE TO THE BODY) and more I important I am not the MIND it keep vivering , (who I am ) try and practice this. Again with a smile , as all will be dead along with body , only  I will remain the ultimate  (PAST IS GONE WILL NOT COME BACK , FUTURE WHY WORRY, FOR YOU AS WELL AS OTHER,  PRESENT IS WHAT YOU ARE ( THE POWER OF NOW) (be /remain in  present) (PRESENT MOMENT AWARENESS)

There are billions of body in this world each has a mind of its own / each mind thinks  differently , and all of it also dies and new birth take place new thoughts it a never ending story,

Mind goes here and there like waves in ocean, it also like a small stone in water create turbulence , one should not to get worried about it thoughts come and goes , think  positive , mind is a very powerful instrument, it requires direction, (right and positive direction) , it will help you achieve anything you desire in this universe. ( Strong desire) ( Indignation) (POSITIVE) , so give directions to your mind
